It...You've got that right! Money pit, indeed.<br /><br />It all started with the engineering and township approvals and progressed to excavation. We had more rocks than Barney Rubble and Fred Flintstone...and of course all of it was Ironstone--about the hardest granite material there is. Some of them were the weight of SUVs.<br /><br />Yes we hammered our way through (or should I say we GOT hammered). The costs of excavation were triple our budget. <br /><br />Budget?
